1. Download the theme creator: You must login or register to view this content. Fixed
2.Edit your theme icons ete

3.Open the .xml file and add the above code i posted before. add the code to the <bgimage> section! rename file to load to the file on the usb.

4.Create your data to load

5.Install your theme

7. hex edit skfu's/compile yours with valid data then change the text!

it's a Sony file - a "Rich Appearance Format" file made with SDK tools as well such as "raf_compiler.exe" - which will generate a RAF file once passed a properly created XML file.

when opening the .FURAF/RAW files and seeing where to go from there, so far no luck, ive tried renaming the .FU to .RAF and .RAW and still no luck, ill continue in searching for anything that will load that file, ive searched everywhere for anything pertaining to a .FU file and it all leads to SKFU, theres no converter for a .FU file. but ill keep trying.
