Wow people don't understand that they do NOT ban MAC addresses.

MAC addresses will never leave your home network, Sony will never see your MAC address, they PHYSICALLY CANT.

yeah my consoles on 3.42 and it got banned so im gunna wait for psgroove for 3.42 if it comes out and then i will try this

Im quite sure they ban your nand, or some other physical component of the ps3.

Sony don't ban the MAC address, they ban the Console ID.
