sounds pretty dumb cuz if u send it in to be "repaired" they will obviously get it to turn on and once they see ur on 3.41 ur F U CK E D LOLOL, they'll either fix ur system and upgrade ur firm or send u a new system with pre-installed 3.50

Ok.. update here on my situation..
so if i return the ps3 they'll give me a ps3 slim... and im gonna jb through iphone 3g and that doesnt work with ps3 slim.. so im going to go to w/e store and buy a ps3 then take it home do w/e ( can someone please tell me what i do to get the patch from one ps3 to the other ps3? i know its like data transfer utility or something plz confirm!) then after i get the patch on the other ps3 then just return it.
