So, if you haven't guessed already this means anyone jailbreaking can get map packs for games without connecting to Playstation Network.
For this we need people with an updated PS3 to download their map packs and proxy it to their computer and then upload to mediafire or somewhere. ahh just curious. If you havent bought the map pack.. and then install a mappack someone uploads here. wont it not work as that persons account is not activated on your ps3? :S

Well I'm not 100% sure - it needs testing. I know for a fact that games like Warhawx etc bought from playstation store will not work as you must sign in to play them at all BUT I think if we are jailbroken it may allow us to install and use map packs for WaW, MW2, etc.

I remember seeing the .pkg for the map packs around here somewhere on NGU.. I'll try the magical search button & see where that gets me
