I'm not saying its gonna be out today... But if you go on there website: You must login or register to view this content.
It says server error. That means the site is closed for editing etc...
So check the site in a few hours and just maybe PS jailbreak 3.41/3.50 will be released!

Not to bash you or anything, but how would it get shut down by Sony?
The jailbreak was deemed legal in a court of law because it didn't contain ANY of Sony's copyrighted code.
Sony doesn't have the power to just randomly shut down websites for no reason.

It would get banned by sony for copyright/pirated games.
It was deemed legal in the court of law for Australia. Which there still worrying about the pirated games part. So its iffy.
And i didn't mean they had the power, but the Court of Law does and if Sony Wins Were all Screwed in a way
