How come when i click shoot on iphodroid it doesnt work on my phone? My iphone is running 3.1.2 firmware and i tried it while it was jailbroke through jailbreakme.com and redsnow....?

Because developer mode was removed after the 3.42 update

yea lol i hate people who think they know everything about everything lol... developer mode getting removed is what disabled the jailbreak lol not a change in the startup sequence
