PSDowngrade Work With PS3Key?

I have been looking around and seen that quite a lot of people saying that the PS3Key is pretty much exactly the same as the original PS Jailbreak. if we were to download the PS Jailbreak updater. Would the PS3Key come up and update from the PS Jailbreak updater?

If this wouldn't work then if anybody has been up too date with the psxscene and how the new PS Grade is coming out. does anybody know if that will install onto our PS3Keys?

ps3 key downgrade firmware will be up within 48 hours.. (via twitter) The PS3Key downgrade firmware is now ready and will be released within the next 48 hours.
