I can confirm this works 100%, I just did it.
The e3 card reader jailbreak also spoofs your 3.41 firmware to think its on 3.50. I tried connecting to PSN but it asked me to update my system. It means you still can't go online with the 3.41 firmware.
I installed backup manager and ripped fifa11 to an external hard disk. I then ran the game from the external hard disk and it worked like a charm.
The only thing we need to figure out is how to sign into psn now since the 3.50 spoof to sign in does not work.
