It looks like we won't all have to buy a E3 Card Reader!
The PS3break team have now announced they will be releasing their downgrade in the next few days, this is what they said on their website.

What is your take on this? How do you think Sony will react since its only a matter of time before all jailbreaks can downgrade?
I think Sony are going to take things much more serious now.

They gave us the firmware, so they can void the warrenty, but not ban us from anything. If we use this to pirate games, then the banhammer gets whipped out.

plus jailbreaking is now legal, so they can't do anything except patches to stop it.

Not true at all. If in there TOS we agree not to do it and we still do it they CAN and WILL ban. Is glitching illegal? Can you be banned for it? YES
