NO, you have to buy the PS Downgrade file, i think it costs around 90$ now (with unlimited downgrade access)

well, these cloned dongles, are cheaper, but u can't downgrade ur ps3 with them, but there is a team working on it, hopefully they will release it within this or the next week.

What about the E3 card?
It's $15 and it downgrades and jailbreaks all in one, correct?

Actually yes Gadget Asia is the official UK seller of the PSJailbreak and comes with PSDowngrade already installed on it! I recieved mine today and have downgraded to 3.41 so you can trust Gadget Asia! I payed £65 for it then £15 for P&P

I ordered mine this morning so hopefully it will work.
