I think the PSJailbreak is worth a bit more then just a game beta.

Think of it like a game beta will only be beta for a while.. but the jailbreak will always be around.

plus the PSjailbreak isnt exactly cheap...
so ud really have to give something of equal value as now it can downgrade and im sure they will update again to work with 3.50 when they figure out how ps3break did it
