Annoyed that you cannot play your PSN content on lower firmwares? Well here's a tutorial that may help you out, if you dont Already know.

1. Update your PS3 to 3.50

[ROot] PS3/UPDATE/3.50.PUP

2. Re-Enable PSN with the DNS hack

DNS PRIMARY: 67.202.81.137
Same for secondary

3. Now sign into PSN and go to Account Management —> Activate account –> PS3

Download PSN Content.

4. Once downloaded, start the game, then exit to XMB.

5. Backup Hard disk, from the system menu

6. Downgrade to 3.41

7. Restore backup

8. Now you can play your PSN Game on 3.41

will this format my hd? can i swap to a smaller hd then do this then swap back my old hd with alll the games already saved?

No as your hdd will be on 3.50

hello all, i updated my console to 3.5 activated the ps3 on-line and then downgraded to 3.41. but i can't access to PSN because says i need a new version. This only activate the abillity to access on-line game and not psn right?
