This means the PS3 is bricked sadly you must of picked up a FAKE version of PSGrade only fix is send it in. Sadly they will not fix it due to you trying to hack there system.

In Flames Much?
Does the PS3 start when you don't try this?
E.g. normal start
Sounds like YLOD which is a hardware failure not linked to this

Stop trying to downgrade and see if the PS3 starts like it would. Right now it sounds like your PS3 kicked the bucket not due to JB or downgrade.

If it does not start you found the problem is YLOD, if it starts ok then it time to look at what your doing what could be going wrong.

PS3 got YLOD then if it won't start and your not doing any downgrade stuff.

Just to let you know.....sony can't tell you been trying anything funny stuff with it.
Now you can do 4 things
Fix it
Move to Xbox
Send to sony for a fixed PS3
Buy a new one

As YLOD a general calling card fixing it one way may not fix it. What am saying there no sure fix it depends case by case.
Also fixing it may mean another failure soon unless you replace all the parts which failed.

Data on the HDD also gone , unless you had a backup even some of that data won't be moved over. E.g. copy protected saves.
