If we put our PS3 (3.55) in Service/Factory Mode.. Couldn't we just upload the modified FW (from the downgrade). Then we could get out of Service/Factory Mode. And we would have the modified 3.41. And be able to Jailbreak/Downgrade/Install .PKG's.. ??

No as Sony removed/changed Lv2Diag.self (file 1), that is what lets us use the modded firmware.
