Okay so I have a 3.50 ps3 I only have 1 ps3
So could I downgrade to 3.41 jailbreak do all the custom patches and all that good stuff then could I save the custom patches (mods) to a USB drive update the ps3 to 3.55 and restore the ps3 to a custom patch from the USB?
Or could I update the ps3 to 3.50 until they patch the bypass witch won't be to long....

Yes If you update you will still have the patches but you cannot change them if you update
