The pkg signer is for ONLY for pkg files within the firmware pup, it will not work with console pkg's.

As boombrshot said, the source is to sign pkg files within the pup. Even if there where
the keys to sign a retail package file, it would be useless because you still need to sign
the executable which appldr has NOT been dumped! Basically its going to be awhile untill
appldr is dumped, I could be wrong but don't get you're hopes up when you can sign retail pkgs. (Be useless for retail PS3's still!)

Can you add the ftp to the update? Maybe

Are you saying signing retail PKGs would be useless, or the PKGs and the executables? I already know how we can install files when it does work, however I'm assuming that you know how we can do that without the "Install Package Files Option" i might not understand what you were trying to say
