(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Confirmed it doesn't work for signing homebrew applications. I tried to unpackage the FTP server using unpkg and it said it didn't recognize the .PKG type.

If it helps ANYONE the exact error was "unknown pkg type 7f504b47"

EDIT: So now we're working on some stuff, trying to basically get the tools to work for Homebrew Applications. Links to the tools we're using will be below if you wanna help.

It includes the compiled PS3tools (Tools for signing and editing the .PUP files), the PS3 signing keys and PSL1GHT (PS3 Source Development Kit used for compiling homebrew applications. NOTE: The other applications that PSL1GHT depends on will NOT be included in the .zip, but I'll provide the download links for them as well)

Practically all credit for this goes to ZoneTw0, couldn't have done it without ya.

If it wasn't for you I would still be trying to unpack it using the fail0wned tools, instead of the Sony SDK...

Yeah, I was doing it, but its so slow making/signing the self with the new binaries which also sign it, I have the keys and everything and use this command to "compile":
    ./makeself app 355 1 01000002 101_00000_01000003 devkit eboot.elf EBOOT355.BIN

which is to sign the EBOOT.BIN and is using this syntax:
./makeself [type] [version suffix] [version] [vendor id] [auth id] [sdk type] [elf] [self]

then the next step it to put the EBOOT.BIN besides the other files on a signed PKG using the following syntax:
    pkg [ket suffix] [contents] [filename.pkg]

PS: If it doesn't finish "compiling" today or it does it wrong i'll just go to sleep (It's 3AM where I live) and continue working on this tomorrow Winky Winky - By the way, the modded firmware (don't like to call it custom) of KaKaRoTo allows you to install retail pkg, the problem is that debug ones won't work, so I suppose you want the FTP server to install MW2 patches, you can put it on a .pkg and it will successfully install

And here comes the question we've all been waiting for...

Will you publicly release?

I say you should release it in Premium section and give to Skylarleighty too because he helped with the process...

Or just public release, it's up to you.
