I would need to go on my Jailbroken ps3, install it then, just data transfer it to 3.55 and thats all there is too it?
im not 100% on it, and just wanted someone to clear this up for me. thanks!

Are you high?
No because if it is signed then it can be installed on a 3.55 CFW ps3. Signed doesn't always mean executable though

What do you mean data transfer "it"? Once you were to install a signed .pkg of the FTP Server, you start it up and you would go on your computer and open up FileZilla (or some other FTP server) and transfer, say a modded patch to the hard drive.

The answer to your question is yes it should work as you can data transfer for example installed game demos that are signed from one ps3 to another.
Its just like transferring the MW2 hacked lobby files.
Except your FTP would be signed.
