I would need to go on my Jailbroken ps3, install it then, just data transfer it to 3.55 and thats all there is too it?
im not 100% on it, and just wanted someone to clear this up for me. thanks!

If you're too scared to install the CFW yet that's your problem, theres only 1 single change between official firmware and 1.1 kakarotos(latest, 1.2 is fake) and thats the install .pkg files features meaning sony can't detect you.
Don't complain when they release a new update and because you went online they hotfix updating by storage media :whistle:
