He can't get 'done' for anything because his CFW will only run signed code, and even its signed as official using a tool he released, its signed as official code which makes it legal because they can't prove its not made by sony themself due to it being just like any other official sony PS3 game/program.... believe me, geohot will release his tool, he wouldn't just make the CFW then leave everyone in the dark with signing files.
