Post: What we need is a Booter, Not a manager

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Anyone familiar with Jtagged xbox 360's know that they have an xex launcher, known as XeX menu. This launches the games executable file (known as the xex) and tells the game to launch no matter what the console believes it should do...

Im trying to figure a way to generate this same effect on the ps3, making a booter of sorts where the app would force the Eboot.bin to launch under any circumstances,

Working on this now, looking for help. Pm me if interested

True, But xboxs is better.

It would be better to have like this booter as a OTHER OS!

And just launch ps3 normal play games normal

Then when your in the MoodCool Man (aka Tustin)

Jump over to otheros and have it be like a booter with menu and select your free games!

This would be best, if it was possible.

True but what im trying to do would be a full nand flash, Using a nand-x (yes the same thing used for xbox 360)

Dumping the nand on the ps3 and seeing what (if anything) can be altered..

If all goes well, I should be able to flash the nand and remove any security checks and them make a manager that forcibly boots any blue ray disc regardless of what it wants to do..

Still a far way off though
