I can't sign in to the psn with any of my accounts and I can't make any new ones that can connect to the psn because my consule has been perm banned. Please help...

Well . . . I changed my avatar, my comment, and I accidently was running filemanager while online I forgot once.

Yeah ok, let's FTP a .txt document that says "I'm sorry!" into the root folder. I'm sure that will help. This is beyond the filesystem that an FTP client can access. This is some deep-rooted stuff.
