I can't sign in to the psn with any of my accounts and I can't make any new ones that can connect to the psn because my consule has been perm banned. Please help...

I don't think you understand my question. (and it's not necessarily directed at you)

Out of all the people in this thread who have been banned, how many of them have been banned for hacking PS home?

I want to know because I have not and do not plan to hack PS home, but I want to know if it's related to the CFW.

Apparently since it has to do with the MAC address of the actual system this may be impossible to fix.
Unlees it isn't based on your MAC address otherwise were kind of screwed.

Error Code: 8002a227 - 30 day ban from Sony Playstation Security Department. I called an associate of mine at Playstation HQ (Security Dept) in California. The last 3digits state the offence in question (227). So you have been banned for Extreme/Racial/Derogatory Language whilst using the PSN.


Also- Sony has a place you can enter a code and look up what it means *ahem*

This has NOTHING to do with modding your ps3 for those that are wondering, I assume he just wants help bypassing it, personally I say clean up your mouth while you talk to other people. Learn to be more mature while you're playing a GAME.

If you haven't been searching around about ps home hacks then... ur late for that now because ALL hacking methods have been patch. There were hacks to getting free items from different regions, as well as merge outfits, freeze/merge servers and edit Home spaces XMLs. Those were ALL possible with 2 programs... (VM player and Simple DNS) and now my consule has been banned because of it.

it's a month ban, I had it before for mass game sharing. You should get unbanned one month from the day you were banned as its computerised. That's basically what I was told when I called about it.

Ive been banned for like two days then like 5 minutes ago a messege popped up

(note like a psn messege)

a messege like when accepting lisence agreement

it said

every 15 days PSN scans for any illegal or unwanted software. We scan all psn users, and their database. On 1/9/2011 our systems scanned an unwanted program, called congengies awesome file manager. Any packages installed will be deleted. Also If you have any unregistered Sony Firmware we ensurely ask you to delete this as of because it goes against our Liscence Agreement. We will be scanning this consol again tomorrow at 5:35 PM Central. Let this be a warning, get any unregistered,illegal, or unwanted software on the PS3 deleted or this consol will be permanently disabled.
