Seriously the SB is filled with people saying " Hide yo PS3 , Hide yo PKG , Cause they banning everybody out here" . How many people have actually been banned over this ? If you were on PSHOME breaking the rules while you were on Geo hut it doesn't count . Please post proof (If you have any) , Don't say one of my friends got banned.

yea its illegal for them to brick your console just for CFW, but whats stopping them from banning your mac address or PSN account? Nothing. Microsoft didnt brick consoles, they just did HUGE ban waves of people who had modified their consoles. So yea people, dont be afraid of those "sony is bricking our consoles" crap. Its a load of ****. They wont do that.

They might take the 360 approach and just ban anyone who wants to use CFW, since it CAN lead to back up managers and piracy, and totally ruin the online gaming community with everyone having easy access to simple hacking through a usb stick with the right files. They'll ban your console so you'll be playing your games offline from now on.

I havent heard of anybody.. but they are gonna do massban at once not banning step by step..


OH and all those sayin its ur console do what u want, sure its ur console. The only thing sony would do is ban it from the internet. So there goes ur gaming, have fun now.

i actually have had 1 of my consoles restricted from plaing online. you cant sign into psn account, this was about last year, im not saying why i got banned because id rather not discuss the matters
