Geohot's attorney describes many flaws in Sony's original legal motion, and goes on to detail them. He pokes holes in everything from Geohot's alleged relationship with team fail0verflow, all the way to Sony's assertion that California holds jurisdiction over the case. Based on these recent docs, it seems like Sony will have a formidable foe in Geohot and his lawyer.

Absolutely superb response to sony's motion.

Sony are suing GeoHot because of something that they did wrong. GeoHot was just pointing out there error and showing how easy to hack it is. lol Geo's got this.

Just a few points to add.
True, Its an error in the coding or whatever. and that how the keys where discovered. So in a way it is Sony's fault.

Geohot was not showing how easy to hack it is. He wanted to give PS3 Users freedom by being able to install Homebrew applications on the PS3 System.

And Sony arnt just suing Geohot, they are suing Team Fail0verflow too.
