Now im not trying to flame anyone for asking if Sony are gonna brick there console.
I just want to explain they wont. Because to many people have hacked weather it be Jailbreak or CFW, or restoring OtherOS etc.
If Sony brick or ban that would most likely be illegal. Also take a look at this little equation
Brick/Ban = Sony PS3 is Dead and everyone will goto Xbox 360.
So no one worry about Sony wont do shit

if i get banned from ps3 im going to xbox, i already have it, i just dont play cuz i prefer ps3 LOL.

Yeah i would do that too
But if people are worried about getting banned just install the Sony Official 3.55 Firmware and clear your Log file
