The files he shows in the video are the ones that come with the "ps3publictools" created and found be Geohot. Also know as the keys. He is not creating anything, he is just trying to make you think that he is a so called "cracker". No video of the actual "beta" versoin running on a ps3, so he shows you the files used to create signed .pkg files to make you think that he did something. He hasn't done anything.. Noob!!!!
