**Works on all versions (USA, European, Asian, etc)**

1) Download the PKG
You must login or register to view this content.

2) Put the PKG into a USB stick and install it on your PS3.

3) Insert your XIII disc.

4) Launch the Infinite Gil PKG. This will load the game with your modified EBOOT.BIN.

5) Go to a save point and then sell or buy something. Once an exchange is done, you will gain 999,999,999 Gil instantly!

6) For max CP simply complete a battle.

Note - If you're playing a backed up XIII, you will need to use a different modified EBOOT.

It says it's a max CP package. Does that mean that both will work? Also can anyone who has done it post whether it stays infinite or not afterward. What I mean is do you have to boot from the pkg to get it to work every time or is the save file permahacked as it were. Thanks.

from what i heard from another forum no, but the fix is that you can delete the FF13 PKG after you have done this hack and they wills till be at what ever they were (99999999999CP but if you spent say just 1 then it would be same but with an 8 at the end)

I keep getting an error while installing the pkg file

so can you remove the hacks after you save and then play with the max gil and cp on the save file? thats all i want to know because it seems you can't earn trophies if you use the trainers.
