ENGLISH: I called Sony to know if they can ban us. I got the Anwser in this call. (You don't understand german, so the ANWSER is: they can see our systems and see what we are doing from their Servers and ban us.)

I don't know but it can be possible. Might they can see our systems from their servers. He said this without thinking about what to say next. HE just sounds real...
