I found programs on the internet that can convert MNV files to AVI/MP4/DIVX etc..

But I do believe this is some sort of decrypted format.

e.g.

UV0008-NPVA23672_CN-639124.MNV

That is Toy Story 3 HD

Its Size is 4568 MB


If anyone out there is willing to help me hacking the package file then that would be great!
This thread is just an experiment with anyone who loves movies.

Basically, im trying to find a way to pack out these files, so I can edit the expire date of this rent movie, to unlimited. Or even better get the AVC file which can be played through burning it on a dvd!

What makes it any better? Is the files smaller than a regular movie file?

I for one would be EXTREMELY interested in the results of this if you can crack a 3d movie file from the psn store it would be amazing and could lead to a container that can play 3d blu ray rips on ps3 which would be epic as one doesn't exist unfortunately don't have the time to spend trying myself but would love and would give all rep I can give if you or anyone can accomplish that.

Like my above post says if I can do something I will get back to you but im pretty busy here at the moment with A job and classwork taking up alot of my freetime im taking 18 hours this semester plus working full time but if I can do something I will I would love to see this.

If you converted a 3d movie to an avi file my guess would be it wouldn't be 3d? Just my "theory." also, it is a waste of time you can easily download full movies off the internet for free.

Theres a lot of programs for the computer so you can stream your downloaded movies over ps3, xbox 360, etc. If people wants to learn this please tell me, I would put a forum up.
