Post: Terms of Service loophole

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So, I decided to read the Terms of Service thoroughly and found a loophole in said document.

You must login or register to view this content.

You must not modify or attempt to modify the online client, disc, save file, server, client-server communication, or other part of any Service or cause disruption to any account, system, hardware, software, or network connected to Sony Online Services for any reason, including to gain an unfair advantage in any Service.

This basically says that we'll get banned if we hack using CFW. However, if we modify prior to making a PSN account and agreeing to the terms of use then create a PSN account, we won't be violating any rules and they cannot ban us for that.

We would not be violating the terms of use post agreeing, thus they cannot ban us.

Funny. But changes nothing about our CFW war with Sony lol. They could re-write this tomorrow and put "If you have custom firmware on your console and sign into our PSN we will personally put out a hit on your grandmother." Actually I think they have Winky Winky NOT!

Is that so?? Not a single person on here was signed up for PSN before they hit up CFW's? Don't think so.
