Is it normal that after agreeing with the terms that it takes over 10 minutes to load multiman?

I unplugged and restarted my PS3 and it works now.

So i installed the multiMAN ver 1.13.00 BASE [some numbers].pkg file and when i open multiMAN it wont let me switch to HDD or USB. it just stays on Disc. How do i switch to get the game off my HDD?
