I defeated!
it won't work on external HD because fat32 can only read upto 4gb while games like FFXIII and GOW3 are 40gb just upgrade your internal HD 500gb 5400rpm btw don't use 7200rpm

External HDD will work thers ppl who have been backing up games onto them on here the 4gb File limit is for videos

Yea I am running my backups off my external hard drive. The only game that gives me any troubles off my external is NCAA Football11. It works fine from the internal hard drive though.

Stop flaming this guy ffs! I have a external 500gb and do the same. This is what you need to do.. You can download this free program - it should allow you to format the whole drive. You can format it into a FAT32. You must login or register to view this content.
