Its not that easy to make and how are you going to get it on your ps3 if your on 3.56.

correct me if I'm wrong but couldn't someone but a patch on as normal, then copy the saved game, send it and then I can put it on a usb and copy it to my ps3 and overwrite my current mw2 save?

Yes, that would work if you are on 3.55 CFW and had filzilla and blackbox to set that up
