As a matter of fact, I do since I just did this.

Throw your copy of MW2 at a con and have him lick it. (Make sure it's a magical one.) Then do the same with your PS3. You then ask him to break it. If I am correct, this should "jailbreak" it. Then you can have him install an FTP server so you transfer your patches in and out.

OR, you can do something that actually works, like downgrade a PS3 that's at or under 3.50 OFW to 3.41 and have a jailbroken console for the rest of your life.

Sorry, i thought you were on 3.55CFW, and no you can not overwrite saved games like that on 3.56.

hmmm, as much as that first option is tempting, I think I might go with the second. But I'm still convinced someone who has that patch on could send me there game save and I could use that to overwrite mine.

It has nothing to do with your game save, dude. It's all to do with your game data, which you can't modify on a standard PS3 (i.e not jailbroken.)
