This way does work yes. You can use it to transfer data from your 3.55 cfw, 3.41 or 3.15, but when you are transferring The PlayStation you are transferring to must be equal to the firmware version or higher.

I'm not sure if it still work on 3.56, has anyone used this from 3.41 to 3.56v2, if so, PLZ SAY SO. Cause I'm afraid it's patched, that would be bad
