I designed this application for the technically-challenged, or those not fully knowledgeable with computers. Using eth0's method, I created my own tutorial which makes it easier for the end user to bypass PSN with a step-by-step tutorial.

Thats what happens on Charles startup. Fixed 443. netstat -ano | findstr 80 says this for port 80
TCP 0.0.0.0:80 0.0.0.0:0 LISTENING 4
