Yes those games don't require any kind of activation code. So far only EA games contain the code, Let's hope it stays that way.

please read carefully i said that only the LATEST REALESES have these codes and the first one that had it i think was dc universe online and then nfshp followed etc

If by "backed up games" you mean "backed up E.A. games", then yeah.

lol the key to that is rent it as soon as it comes out and u can use the unique code , thats what i did with dead space 2 , rented it the day it came out and used the code and boom online

my backup games works fine online ...

DC universe does not require a code to unlock playing online.....

its called a MMORPG, you have to pay a monthly fee to play online...

This is not the case, Backed up, Rented, Stolen, Traded, Borrowed, Found, Given etc, It doesn't matter about the code in the case lol if a user really wants to play online that needs a code, Can just purchase the one from the PSN store and all is good.
