what should i do is there another safer bypass or any thing i got banned from black ops i don't want my PSN account banned and i want to play online with mods but i don't want ban any suggestions?

Because it is hack related so if you hack you get ban XD.

well the main question is how dose Sony know that were are using CFW? is there a file they can see on our PS3's that tell Sony it is Modded?

it probably your boot_history that gives it away. plus also maybe when you bypass then can tell your not using their ofw 3.56 and still on 3.56 bypassing they decide to banned people. plus cfw is not legal yet cause Geohot case isn't solve. so nothing can't be against sony until they lose. what sony doing can put harm to company. i know im going get flame but reality it is people got understand there are so many people in the world using cfw not just use for pirate games but to get feature sony illegaly took away from there customers. sony is putting bad image in there company

well the bypass i am using is the CA27.cert with ****Psn-v0.5.exe and it saying to ps3 is 3.56 and i cleaned the history thing with wipe history V 2.0 pkg. so how Sony know that it is 3.55 if ****Psn-v0.5.exe saying to Sony that my PS3 is on 3.56? i might be wrong about it saying it is 3.56 but still if any other bypass was saying to Sony it was 3.56 (spoofing) how would they still find out and after you have wiped out the history as well?

yea like i posted in another thread i think it has something to do with the bypass. i think they can see that u are bypassing the update, so that tells them that you are on cfw. i dont think they can actually see what u have on your system bc that would deffinitely b violating our privacy cuz who knows what half of us really have on our ps3's LOL:p . but my friend has never hacked his ps3 and has 3.56 ofw and we tried the bypass and a proxy and he ended up getting email saying that he has cfw and all that sh*t when he really doesnt.

hmmm idk then. well i tried bypass but i never could of figure it out. so i gave up. but weird part is i havent connect to psn since dns been patched. but idk how hell sony knew i have 3.55 cfw then emailed me cause i havent been online since bypass got patched. sony breaks my ps3 im switching to xbox 360.
