Immediately cease use and remove all circumvention devices and delete all unauthorized or pirated software from your PlayStation(R)3 system.  Failure to do so will result in termination of your access to PlayStation(R) Network and access to Qriocity(TM) services through your PlayStation(R)3 system.

what should i do is there another safer bypass or any thing i got banned from black ops i don't want my PSN account banned and i want to play online with mods but i don't want ban any suggestions?

So why not make a proxy sending information to Sony like a real PS3 on OFW on 3.56 and a boot log on the ps3 saying it that the ps3 was formatted then downloaded update then installed update and then signed into PSN with 3.56 accounts. Basically what i am saying just put false boot log and make proxy send false information to Sony in saying that the current ps3 in on 3.56 and running no homebrews or anything hack related.

It could have been from the dns method too, so im thinking has anything to do with some sort of dns bypassing. bc there were ppl that got banned using the old dns method... so i guess if its a bypass they can fix pretty easily then they can see you poking thru in psn... altho idk if they can fix the ps3dns method since you are going through your pc.... but wouldnt they be able to go through that connection and trace your location?(just a Thought)

Still there is a risk of being banned. But Dont give a crap about it enjoy your Cfw.

hmmm that good thought. well now im not going sign on psn on my cfw ps3. but if sony bricks it and prevents me play my console den then they can kiss my ass :hitman:

i dont think theres any way we just have to wait for song 2 release there expected 3.60 update im guessing

Idk but I don't want to get banned. I've blown too much money on games and psn stuff to get banned bc of homebrew or w/e so I'm updating. If I want a ps3 on cfw I'll just buy one when I have some spare money to blow.

Im pretty sure they can look at your ps3 wireless-ly.

My Ps3 froze using the ps3 web browser and i had to force shut down. doing so , when i turned it back on a message showed and said that you ps3 has shut down in some way blah blah blah, do you want to report this to SCEA? yes or no. i think it has a terms thing link on there or its if you put yes you can view it, but on there it says that they can view your personal stuff like photos, videos or whatever to see what caused the problem of it freezing for whatever reason. now i put no on that bcuz i don't want them to see my pics and such that my Scat. So i put no every time. now if they are maybe doing it withought noticing us im guessing they can maybe be able to see what you are running on your ps3 or doing with it. since they have the technology and power to do so.

now all ive have said is my way of thinking, YES!, they can sure look at your scat. and thats how they will know that you are doing what you do maybe? IDK my guess
