I wonder if after you accept this they start scanning ur ps3 and then if they find cfw ur ****ed after you accept, my best bet is if ur on 3.55 and see this TOS shit dont accept it and stay the **** offline!

wrong, they CAN console ban you it doesnt do anything to your ps3. just when you try to sign in it sends your console ID to sony if it coimes up with a ban it wont let you on psn

Seriously. Sony can ban you. They have the right. Console banning isn't illegal. If it was microshit would have been sued a LONG time ago. Console banning just black lists your ps3's ID.

Though sony are a bunch of selfish a**holes
