I just recently received that 'email' everyone's been getting, and I removed all my homebrew. (Multiman, File Manager, etc.) The problem is, my backups are still in my HDD. Will I get banned?

Gamesaves can be backed up on the USB. Also depends on the theme. If it has been downloaded of PSN then just redownload it but if its a custom one just put on USB or find where you originally found it.

i would do as the member advised, delete everything on your hard drive, or better yet, use the FTP server and black box and go into your hard drive via your computer and delete the folders that have your backups. becuz a hacker just recently hacked sony's servers from the psn and found out that sony can see everything your doing when logged on to the psn, what you say to other people, what you do on your webcam, they store your chats, evern your credit card info, they can even tell what usb devices u use and even what kind of TV YOU GOT!!! crzy i know. heres my source so you can read it. take care. and do the FTP thing and delete the folders and that way you can still keep your other stuff your worried about losing. When you format, don't you lose your ability to earn trophies for your save files? Because I don't really want to lose that, I'm like halfway through two of my games.
