my other accounts r on japan and uk regions and when i tryed to sign in there was no new TOS to agree for.

as i said i have created my accounts like 8 months ago so there is no change in the TOS for these regions.

so yah this is the only way to bypass it legally.:p

I thought it was pretty obvious it was for the US region. it says SCEA in the agreement. Im surprised nobody else noticed it. Ive got friends in the UK that didnt have to re accept the TOS

may apply to console by agreeing to it ill check if it does.

edit: ya its for accounts not consoles.

Well, I have UK accounts too and haven't seen these terms of service as yet, and didn't get any emails either.

yah i tolled almost every one these messages and new TOS only for countries that have hackers living in them

Well, idk mate, but sounds strange to me.
I'll try and sign in with US account to see if anything comes up.

I know, but if they come up on the US account then I won't accept it, and go back to my normal UK account.
