my other accounts r on japan and uk regions and when i tryed to sign in there was no new TOS to agree for.
as i said i have created my accounts like 8 months ago so there is no change in the TOS for these regions.
so yah this is the only way to bypass it legally.:p

what's the point of bypassing the ToS? If sony caught u with CFW and wants to ban you what will u say? "Ah I didn't agree to the ToS so u can't ban me"
so sony would say:
"Then how come are u playing online?"
then there u get caught for 2 things, having CFW and illegaly bypassing the ToS so they even have more reasons to ban you :\
so sony would say:

man me 2 i have 1 us region and 1 my country kuwait region accounts today i signed in from pc the us region says must accept the terms but the other logged in normally i logged in last time 16/2/11 from the kuwait region account by f*ckpsn v0.4 but im scared to login now from the ps3 may ill be banned

It's not illegal if you never accepted it because your PS3 never prompted you with a new ToS...

you are doin something wrong bypassing the 3.56 update so thats breaking tos even before the new ones

jus tryed to log into us acc n got new terms of service
it will probly come out every where else later or theres something new they can only do in the us its jus for the people that are playing on 3.55 cfw bypassing the 3.56 update

I know, especially when I already paid $50 for a year of plus and I'm "PRO" status in the ps rewards beta so I deleted all my homebrew and backup stuff and went to official 3.56, it was the better choice for me but it isn't for everyone
