To answer to questions :

No it's not an OFW it's a CFW Stealth, so it's like a OFW but you can run homebrews signed or not so it's not an OFW, you can go to Kmeaw or Waninkoko v2 install your homebrews and then go back to Shirosaki's CFW.

You have to do the SSL Certificate thingy if you want to connect via the PSN, but you will be shown as a legit user, the boot connections have been fixed too and some have been removed. I got that firmware from a VIP section of a website that I'll not give because advertising is not allowed.
