Used the CA24 modified cert (CBF going to F**PSN 0.5 with CA27 as it all works for me)

Something strange though, I do not have the act.dat file on my PS3 HDD.
I upgraded my PS3 HDD and could not download some of my purchased content from PSN.

I read that I need to transfer the act.dat file from my old HDD over to my new one but my old HDD does not have it, neither does my new one!

Could this be a reason why some are under Sonys radar? Interesting to see if the account information on the HDD is what is flagging it to Sony.

I can still get online using ubuntu and charles but i don't want to accept the new ToS....but i might just say **** it and accept the ToS i miss my online gaming ....oh and i was thinking that maybe if you use that program that came out a while back called LogJammer--it scours your ps3 for valid games and puts them in your log and history it would be harder to get caught; yes i know that people say the log shit doesn't help but did you ever think to yourself....hey my internet connection is still enabled and Sony can still see what i'm doing(DISABLE INTERNET CONNECTION BEFORE USING HOMEBREW THEN USE YOUR PS3NINJA,LOGJAMMER,WIPEHISTORY ETC...AND ENABLE YOUR INTERNET CONNECTION WHEN DONE ). The reason i don't want to accept the new ToS is because i heard that it states Sony can update your PS3 firmware without your permission now. Is this true? Thanks.

HELL NO sorry everytime a good program gets released sony ****ing patches it i have been using it no problem and i plan to keep it that way sorry. i just like my online way tooo much

I could do the old dns trick but the new one is too complicated for me/ my computer. So not me on psn :carling:
im pretty sure the dns trick can not be patched without an update, and that is what the trick is for.
The only way sony could stop it - same way they stopped the old dn trick - is to block the dns server but they cant block 192.168s because it would stop normal going online
