Watched the whole video and this is what I got out of it:
- He is definitely on 3.56.
- There is definitely an "Install Package Files Folder" (However, he did not actually install a .pkg in the video, so It hasn't been proven that it works.)
- He is definitely able to connect to the PSN.
This alone isn't enough to determine if it's real or not.

Because you only need CFW to host challenge lobbies and run pirated games. The real devs are busy using all the potential the PS3 has and bringing back removed features.
