What are you talking about? There wasn't even as ToS for the update, it was a different type of screen that I've never seen before. How is he not registered on the PSN if he signs in?

i didn't say i was any better than them, your making excuses and typing complete bullshit that you think is true. and a for backups ur wrong you on the other hand don't know that and LEARN to understand the complete reason why we use it and not just saying it and calling me a liar. and don't think its important to have one in case a lil sibling breaks one of your so called genuine blue ray discs (PS3 games) and start whining and moaning because you've wished you've BACKED UP your freaking game and now see why its important!

The quality is so blurry, I saw a black square when he was browsing the XMB under the PSN category.
Maybe he's just using a spoofed firmware and using bypass methods.
