3.56 DOWNGRADE TO ANY FIRMWARE

Step 1. Back up everything on your console (Optional)
Step 2. FULLY Restore your PS3 (4-8 Hours)
Step 3. When asked to enter date and date, put PS3 in recovery mode
Step 4. Install a OFW firmware of your choice on System update in recovery mode.
Step 5. Your PS3 should be flashed with that OFW

I have no clue if it works, just put it up for the people with 3.56 to give it a shot.

Second thread on this today. Tried it on fat 40g earlier, it requests update with 3.56 or higher. 3.56 info is contained somewhere other than the HDD
