BDEMU.BIN? Yeah it’s an external payload that enables the following functionality:

  • Support for AVCHD/BDMV structures saved on internal HDD (AVCHD HDD)
  • Path redirections for /dev_bdvd and /app_home

TuT: Getting external hard drive(NTFS) to work on multiMAN:

  1. Download You must login or register to view this content.
  2. Open USBDeview
  3. Find your external hard drive(needs to be plugged into computer), than find the vendor ID and product ID for that hard drive
You must login or register to view this content.
  4. Open USB.CFG with Note Pad and put your vendor ID, and product: 0xVNISad Awesome0xPRISad AwesomeV (vendor ID, product ID, V=number of volumes), V is how many partitions you have on the drive. External hard drives are usually 1, unless you have set more

    • Hexadecimal values must be lowercase:

      0x02E8:0x6A14:1 = Wrong
      0x02e8:0x6a14:1 = Right
    • This is mine
You must login or register to view this content.

  5. Save the changes on USB.CFG, put the file into /dev_hdd0/game/BLES80608/USRDIR/ , copy and replace
  6. Open multiMAN and press START+You must login or register to view this content. to switch to NTFS driver

I tried the start + /\ command. But my NTFS HDD is not showing up in multiman. I think we need to wait and see how this exactly works, and hopefully it will be possible to run games of NTFS HDDs in the future

Thanx for this, one question though. The emu you included, everyones pretty much tiptoed around what it actually does in simple terms lol now DeanK obviously left it out originally because of worrys of illegal backup repurcussions but is that what it does ? Backs up blurays and stores them as AVCHD files on the HDD ?

It's so you can run back-ups from the internal hard drive, Dean removed it for copyright reasons.
